Reflection on Class Assignments

The reading assignments are by far the most interesting to me. I have read a lot of fairy tales and mythology, and I am excited to revisit some and learn about some new ones. I hope that some of the folklore will be non-Western, since I am less familiar with it. I am also looking forward to visiting other students' blogs and leaving comments, since it will be interesting to see how everyone else is interpreting the classwork.

I do plan on doing extra credit this semester, because I would like to be done with the class early. Although I haven't taken online classes before, many of my classes have been partially self-paced, which I really enjoy because it gives me more freedom to choose what I do day to day.
